VOLUNTEERING & MENTORING OPPORTUNITIES

We are very excited to be accepting Expressions of Interest for adults interested in volunteering to support young people impacted by domestic and family violence, as part of our Hope 4 Life Youth Program.
Hope 4 Life is a 12-month program that will be supporting 50 young people (ages 10 - 15 years old) with their holistic support needs - from encouraging social connections and support, providing assistance for health and wellbeing , and support for education and training. We are seeking suitably skilled or experienced mentors to join us and assist in the Homework Club space.
Homework Club will run for 5 weeks every Tuesday (3.45pm-5.45pm) from an undisclosed location in Carina, and following that, will run for 5 weeks from a location in Nundah.

If you are a student looking for placement opportunities, a retired teacher, or an individual with suitable skills and experience that you think would be beneficial for young people engaged in Homework Club, please reach out today.
